Artist-Sculptor

"I do not propose to write an ode to dejection, but to brag as lustily as chanticleer in the morning, standing  on his roost,  if only to wake my neighbors up."   Henry David Thoreau

Recognizable, simple and elegant best describe Bill Burgess' use of arcs and spirals. These sculptural forms are a language recognized by people of all cultures, religions and races and predate history.  Spanning 50 years, the ongoing use of these forms in the creation of  his art brings continuity to his life work.
